JFL I have allergic rhinitis and it's fucked my dcelopment.I HAVE A HIGH PALATE, CROOKED BOTTOM TEETH, WEAK JAW, NASAL VOICE.
HOW COULD MY DENTIST NOT GIVE ME BRACES? I WANT JAW SURGERY FOR FREE.

Same problem bro I live in england. Booked appointment with mike mew for 26th of feb and after that probs get jaw surgery in Germany, I’m 18 and you have to be under 18 to get jaw surgery free on NHS it’s so bs

Take daily vitamin C in spread-out doses close to bowel tolerance (this can be anywhere from 5,000 - 25,000 mg) and get your 25(OH)D (vitamin D) levels to at least 90 ng/ml, if you tolerate it well, consider 150 ng/ml. Also take the cofactors for vitamin D metabolism, vitamin K2 and magnesium.
