You have compact midface which means you can get to above average for sure
You should get rid of that haircut and go for messy longer hair(plenty of tutorials on youtube).

Also it your current haircut looks too much soy judging by a side profile expecially combined with weak chin(genioplasty for sure) and you need blepharoplasty.
