Fuck planet fitness in the summer

Planet fitness in the summer is horrible.

early in the morning to late at night it’s filled with people, mainly with teens.

these kids are in my age group and are training like shit doing any exercise/doing whatever, going to failure having 5 to 10 sets.

I asked some dude how many sets he had left on cable rows and he told me he had 10 sets left,

saw him going to failure with shit form he just pissed me off.

Then some group of street rat ratchet suburb Edgar’s were hogging a smith machine for an hour benching with shit form.

“Muh gainzz bro no pain no gain train like a man and go to failure then you’ll pull baddies, with 2 months of progress you’ll literally have those physiques you see on gymtok bro”

these dudes just go to the gym for 2 months and never step foot again,
they’re physical obstacles to my workout routine and I had to wait 20 minutes for a smith machine to be open.

The only reason I’m here in planet is because it’s cheap and there’s probably baddies coming in this summer.

Fortunately ill be moving to a community center gym soon though.

yeah same thing in sweden, going to this public gym and its more of a hangout than a gym, seeing old fags sit and talk while on machines and kids hogging the dumbbells curling 10kg

Yeah, and when I want to give someone advice, they don’t believe in my high iq shit because I don’t have a roid physique, they’d rather follow some roided bodybuilder with 10 exercises 6 sets to failure.
