been on adaplene and benozyl peroxide for 4 months now , i dont even remember the last time i got a pimple but because its bacterial and the cause was a disruption in the bacteria microbiome in my face , if its hormonal nothing could fix it except regulating it , thats why people keep getting acne post accutane . but in general if you have persistent annoying acne hop on accutane its an easy fix

a small pea size for the whole face , the lower the better because its very strong and can cause over exfolliation which will create even more acne , low dose consistently every day at night 30 minute after it use moisturizer , plus sunscreen religiously
