It's so over I legit can't sleep on my back no matter what I try

I woke up with insane neck pain today because my neck was in a retarded position. It should be a crime punished by death for parents not to lay their babies on their back

Legit, have tried it multiple times but I just sleep on my side after not being able to fall asleep on my back
Maybe take some melatonin pills before bed so you’ll be extra tired and more likely to fall asleep on your back.

I have been sleeping on my back for pretty much all my life.

Have been conditioned into liking it since as a 7 year old I always felt uncomfortable to have my back exposed.
