Ruined my sleep schedule cause I don’t have school, I go to sleep at 2am (I force myself, I feel energized till 4am) and wake up at 1ish pm. I failed like 6 all nighters and went to sleep at 7-8am on all of them. Woke up at 5pm every time. Should I pull 1 last all nighter? I don’t have a mattress so I 100% won’t fail. Anyways should I? It’ll increase my HGH long term since my sleep will be fixed.
