fucked up es ratio, it is really not possible to reduce zygoma width?

my whole skull is wide due to brachycephaly. i dont think distance between ears can be reduced.
i guess i gotta live with fucked up es ratio right? i got 0.44 and ideal is like 0.47

its literally few mm of difference. in same time i got longish midface because of 3mm of nose length.
