Imagine drinking half a bottle (all that's left) in order to relax and fall asleep, only to be wide awake at 4:30 am while the sun is rising. No sleep for me I guess. It's over for my sleep schedule

Trying to adjust sleep schedule is one of the most maddening things in existence, and then people around you are like "why are you waking up so late?" No matter how many fucking times you explain shit to them.

And the worst part is I'm getting tired as hell now at 5 am, on the verge of falling asleep. Another day wasted, literally

I sleep at 7am abd wake up at 9am for work.

I WFH most days so I can sleep, rot on .org and work at the same time.

There's no way you sleep for just two hours per day (unless you're on adderall or similar stimulants)

No I sleep more than that. I have a staggered sleep pattern. I take cat naps (20 mins) during work and I probably sleep around 3-4 hours in the evening.

E..g. Went sleep at 9pm up at 12am today. Will go sleep again at around 6.30am and wake up at 9am JFL.

alcohol destroys quality of the sleep

so even if it relaxes you it's completely retarded to use it for sleep

there are way better options than alcohol to get a good night's sleep

1. get doxylamine sleeping pills
2. take a razor blade and cut off rougly 1/10 of what the regular dose is since they're overdosed as shit
3. fall asleep without feeling fucked up the next day

I’ve only used cyproheptadine. Is doxy better for sleep?

all i know is the regular dose of doxylamine knocks me out but when i microdose i just fall asleep and wake up like it's nothing

I used to take 8 of these pills throughout the day and the sleepiness was so strong that I had to sleep on the toilet at work for 1 hour on break.

Now in another country for some reason they give me headache if I try 2 and... they don't really work anymore.

Idk what the fuck is happening ngl. Will try 8 again I guess? These pills have hidden mental health effects, reduces prolactin and potentially aids in hairloss. Which are all the first reason I was overdosing, sleep was secondary.

It actually does. Every time I drink late, I end up staying up all night
why not staycup a whole nigjt to sleep at mormal time
 
my sleep schedule is 9am-4pm

feel like I own the city at night like Batman.
