I can't do more than 40-50 min. Regardless if it's extender device (which hurts my pelvis too) or just weight hanging. It's too painful.
yet on studies and on PE subs (LARP central) you see bogus numbers such as 4 to 6 hours, and made up ratios such as 1000hr per inch (fucking lol)
of course this talk has no backing, and remember, we believed in many misconceptions about working out efficiency when it comes to stress and volume up until recently
same with static stretching, old school coaches in tkd and gymnastics would stretch their student to the point it seemed like torture, ends up they were doing more harm than good
