I've been going to bed at 3 am every night, and as I'm writing this it's 1:57 am. Anyway, I'm wondering if I should just pull an all-nighter and attempt to fix my sleep schedule. I've tried this in the past and it worked but only for one night or so. After that, my sleep went back to shit. I do usually feel pretty tired after school to the point where I feel mentally fogged and can't put my brain power toward anything. But even then I still feel like staying awake to avoid going to school. What do I do in this situation?
