Why can't the old filler be dissolved before they apply the new filler? Or is dissolving not 100% effective?this happens. when you add many layers of fillers, on top of each other.
because after like 5 months, your first session of fillers, has lost it's sharpness and lines. because it spread out and dissolved some. So wanting the sharp line again, they add a new layer of filler, to have the sharp jawline again. and so on. And than at some point, one has a bloated face, evgen though being low bf%.
