I used to be a huge gym rat who ate like shit and only cared about how big is arms were and how much he benched. I was about 15 in the first pictures and now I am 16 this entire process took me about 4-5 months and it does involve somewhat hardmaxxing aspects but mainly soft. I plan on getting palate expander to fix facial symmetry and to expand my maxilla, I just bought ghkcu for clear skin, I am dying my eyebrows, growing my hair out more and getting a nose job in the future along with fillers for my eye area. Anyways here is everything I did in the span of those 4-5 months

Bone mass
-sprints in the morning and a gram of protein for every lb
-shitload of calcium and raw milk
-bone smashing (in the morning only since it only works temporarily)
Other then that my bones were fine and still are mid since that’s just genes
-mk677 (used it for like a week or 2 and saw good results but I had to stop due to blood glucose levels)

Forward growth
-chin tucks (try to make a habit of doing them throughout the day literally whenever you get the urge too which for me is when I’d look in the mirror)
-thumb pulling ( be careful with this one, because I did and still thumb pull everyday but I’m not 1000% sure if it’s cope or not; this is the least necessary thing I did)
-good posture (start sleeping on your back and holding your head up especially when using your phone)
-mewing (yes as simple and stupid as it sounds good tongue posture and chewing properly makes a bigger difference then you think)

Masseter
-chew falim gum on both sides of your mouth for around 1-2 hours a day

Gym
-high reps of weight you can do until failure for around 8 reps after failure lower the weight or have someone assist you and go too failure again
-15k steps a day and 300-400 calorie deficit
-rad-140 (helped me lean out a lot)

Debloating
-3:1 potassium sodium ratio
-bowl of spinach everyday (yes this sounds crazy but spinach has a shit ton of potassium inside of it)
-2 bananas everyday (more potassium)
-2 potassium vitamins a day (you can get this from any local grocery store)
-teaspoon of apple cider vinegar teaspoon of Himalayan salt and some warm water in the morning
-15k steps a day (mentioned this before but this is very important)

Skincare/other shit I added
-micro needling undereye area and using hyaluronic acid
-hydrocortisone 1% (shrunk my bulbous nose partially)
-get sunlight everyday and tan (summers over so this doesn’t work anymore)
-got my eyebrows done

Coloring
find clothes that match your facial coloring eg eyes, hair, skin
For example if you have a lot of acne try too avoid bright or red clothes since they make your acne more visible
Get shirts that match your eye color (this makes your eyes look so much more vibrant)

I’m going to expand or make a new guide soon once I have access to a computer and I will add more detail

I could somewhat agree with you on this part since a good amount may be cope I just continued these habits, but it wasn’t just leaning out I used to be very skinny and my face lacked a lot of structure

you were either just undeveloped at the time or malnourished, which negatively affected your bones. So, even if u were fat, the "proper nutrition" helped, and after leaning down, it was now visible. Think about how those fat people who lose weight are typically gl, its the same reason

nothing changed besides ur bodyfat %

Good point my apologies, I never considered this since I was just looking back at my pictures freshmen year when I was the same bf% and I looked back at your comment and understood puberty and clean food played a big role. However do you believe training your masseter and rad140+mk677 is cope? I’m not saying that in any arrogant way I’m just genuinely curious

facially yes, if u wanna take mk for the gym tho you'd be better off. I'd have to say it's just really anecdotal in regards to facial aesthetics
