Walking into an orthodontist office in California to be specific, I was brought into a room after being called that was separate from the rest, I was sat down and the nurse left the room shortly, I was with my mom in the room she was talking about something I can't remember I was just fixated on my file. Reading through the text I read serve overjet and class 2 overbite, the doctor then came in introduced himself blah blah how I am, but he got to work and started observing my teeth quickly coming to a conclusion that I indeed still have a massive overbite, he left the room with my mom I was left alone for about 5 minutes until they returned he told me surgery was the only option or the camouflage method but I quickly shut that idea down, I asked if elastic's were an option and he chuckled saying no no its too late for that. He also showed a plastic visual of my teeth it looked very bad worse than I thought the lower teeth were so set back it looked nearly 1.5 centimeters or even more. After he asked if I had trouble sleeping ect I said I wake up really groggy and I always have a lot of saliva no matter what. Leaving the office, he said he would refer us to a surgeon in a timely notice maybe a few weeks. I don't how what surgeon type it is but I'm hopeful of a successful hardmax within this year. How did this visit go does it seem like I'll get insurance coverage for this?
