Hopefully this thread doesn't get buried because its very high effort post. This contains every softmax that ISNT COPE.

Personally I've ascended so much from softmaxxing that I wanted to make a list of what works and what doesn't.

Not all photos included are mine, however the after photo of hairmaxxing is me. I can also get photos to show improvements from other things because I've tried pretty much everything in this table personally and it has pretty much all worked however its 1:30am and I can't be fucked

eyebrowmaxxingeyebrow darkness, density, lateral length and overall shapehealth indicator, dimorphism8/10apply minoxidil twice a day for around 6 months. afterwards could take it a step further and do microblading / micropigmentation. also if your eyebrow tilts down slightly on the outer edge then shave off the part that tilts down so you have a flat plain on the lower section$10 for minoxidil + shaving equipment

neck trainingneck thickness (as a proportion of zygomatic width)dimorphism6/10can be trained in the gym. it may look goofy but its better to look goofy with a thick neck than normal with a pencil neck. basically grab a plate and lie back on a flat bench so your neck is hanging over the end. put the plate over your forehead and curl your neck upwards 10-12 reps x 3 sets should be adequate. don't put effort in with your hands only use them so the weight doesnt fallfree if you have a gym membership. if you don't have a membership then clearly you aren't a looksmaxxer

hairmaxxingtexture, length, colourhealth indicator, youth indicator, appeal, contrast9/10almost everybody on the planet looks better with long hair. if your balding past norwood 2 id recommend a hair transplant or a rigorous dutasteride or finasteride protocol however that's not softmaxxing so if your hairline is decent it can be improved with texture colour and length. also I recommend never using any products on your hair unless you know they suit you. its gonna sound indian but shampoo does fuck all good for you and so does most other products texture - never allow super hot water on your hair, this can make it frizzy and fuck up hair follicles. colour - the best hair colour for most people is dark brown however it varies on your other features. length - I'm growing my hair down slightly past my ears to my shoulders right now. It's given me great success and I get genuine compliments on it. most people should do the same. grow it quite long however not long to the point you could be mistaken for a girl from behind.actually your net balance from applying my tips is probably positive, since I recommend you stop buying shampoo and other products that do nothingI have no before photo of my hair without showing my face but this image from google is pretty much exactly how my hair looked a couple years ago

tanningskin tonehealth indicator, appeal, contrast6/10the sun is absolutely the best thing for tanning. there is a lot of cope online about how the sun will fuck your collagen production etc however the sun is only harmful if you let yourself burn / consume excessive seed oils or other substances which cause cellular inflammation. alternatively, I could recommend gradual tan sunscreen, I think clav actually has a good video on YouTube from a while ago on this. free, or gradual tanners could cost up to $30 but realistically a lot less

chapsticklip healthhealth indicator, appeal3/10apply chapstick whenever you get crusty lips. drink a decent bit of water but not excessive. id recommend chapstick with more natural ingredients as I find the waxy ones leave a horrible artificial taste in your mouth$3 for chapstick

mewing (not completely cope)hyoid skin tightnessyouth indicator5/10there is some philosphy behind mewing from the start of puberty assisting in facial development however ill just be focussing on how it can help other ways. if you have loose hyoid skin this is a big failo. in the short run, mewing can make a real time difference however this won't have long term effects. there is a small amount of research to show that consistent stimulation of your tongue in conjunction with masseter hypertophy can actually raise your hyoid bone and I actually did this and noticed a difference however I can't tell if its placebo effect.free

hydrocortisone creamalar base width, nose thicknessappeal3/10apply hydrocortisone cream before bed every night. you should rub a thin layer on your entire nose including the bottom of your nose meaning the tissue between your nostrils. leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then rub it off with a towel. you may notice oils leaving your skin / pores for a little bit after, so just rub them off with towel / tissue too. make sure the cream you use is 1% strength, any higher or lower is suboptimal in my opinion.$7-8pics for this one aren't the best, my results were better personally.

thanks, most of the forum spends 100% of their time researching looksmaxxing and 0% actually doing it. significant softmax ascensions are quite rare, new users usually don't even try
