Full teeth guide for a teen

I've had yellow teeth ever since I first started getting my adult teeth. I've read that in some cases its natural, which would make sense because I had pretty good dental hygiene from a young age, and yet they still ended up like this. Im getting braces in about 30-40 days, and ive read that whitening is virtually impossible with braces on. I've currently got an RME but I dont believe that should restrict my ability to whiten my teeth.

Im looking for a guide or just a little bit of information on what im able to achieve in this 30-40 day timespan as regards to how to whiten my teeth aswell as fixing my dental hygiene in general. Theres a lot of mixed info on this subject but ive heard these forms are very knowledgeable so ive decided to ask this question here.

Sorry if this topic has already been discussed but im really fixated on fixing this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
