Take descriptions of the 4 temperaments and ask your fam and close friends which of the four describe you the most. Ask them for the first two. See how well you know yourself. If you know which of two of the four ppl will pick, you know yourself well.
Almost I know said Im sanguine first, and they say for me its close between choleric and phlegmatic second, but choleric second usually wins out, except one.
The remainder of people said Im choleric first.
M.y thoughts were all my friends would say Im choleric first sanguine second
and my parents would say sanguine first phlegmatic second.
Only my dad said phlegmatic second, and almost everyone said sanguine first choleric second.
Ppl who knew me well said sanguine first, ppl who didnt know me well said choleric.
Probably because I have a very aggressive, stern, goal oriented and direct way of talking, but Im not actually that disciplined, like most cholerics, and like social validation too much, like sanguines.
