water thread but some ppl are retarded: surgery cant completely change facial features without disrupting their function and making you partially disabled (talking about T4 and T5 ratios) . most common is probably rhino and bad double jaw surgery, look at ur surgeons profile at the ratings etc. etc. if a surgeon fucks up ur nose or jaw once you need a second surgery which will cost a shit ton of money and can make it even worse prime example is probably frank tufano who got his eyes fucked once and tried to correct it again and again thousands of dollars down the drain and an irreversible damage to the eye on top of all he looks worse than before.

you dont want to have a nice looking nose for a couple months only for the nose to collapse later on making you disabled.

tl:dr if you want to get surgery look up who ur surgeons are, make 100% sure that the surgeon is trust worthy and you want to get it done by them, you cant make features "perfect" (in most cases) through surgery but you can better them by a lot dont think you will get a de poot level nose if you get rhino just think of it as a permanent "upgrade" . thats all be safe and gl ascending

Only joking i did read but i still don’t understand your point? Are you just saying don’t expect perfect results or something:forcedsmile:

Yeah water thread, have seen a lot of people (especially Giant patients) who’ve had to fork out a shit ton of money for revisions due to the complications they got.

You should always set some money aside in case you get complications. While your original surgeon might offer to fix it for free, that’s not always the best choice.

Even eye area fat grafting can go wrong and form lumps around the eye. This is surprisingly hard to correct and you’d need to go to an expensive pro like Dr. Massry lol.

I feel a lot of sympathy towards Frank Tufano and the botched Giant patients who have been declined by dozens of surgeons due to their extreme conplications

Such is life.

This is very important and everybody should understand what you said.

I took a massive risk, as soon as I had the money I flew halfway across the world to get multiple procedures.

If something went wrong I was fucked. No money for revision with a different surgeon, and although my surgeon was great and kind, there is no guarantee he would do a free revision. (He did tell me he would do a free revision if it went wrong, who knows if he would back that up if it did happen).

It also does not help that there is a higher rate of psychopathic traits among surgeons, as well as narcissism, where they will refuse you and not admit anything is wrong.

Getting botched is the worst possible thing to happen.

im just saying that ppl should be careful when thinking about surgery ofc only the ppl where it went wrong complain the most (1 - 3%) and the others dont rlly talk about their surgeries, on top of that ppl think you can surgerymaxx from LTN to Chad or smth which is cope. surgery helps the most by far but most ppl are hardcapped even with surgeries. taking extra time or spending some extra money for a better surgery is 100% the way to go imo
