Fundamental personal beliefs are so hard to change

For me its to do with viability as a romantic or sexual prospect to anyone.

No matter how much evidence to the contrary, I fundamentally cant believe people being attracted to me, especially in a way more than sexual.

Its uncanny that people actually sexualize and are attracted to me and even if I know it I dont believe it
