You have to have a lucid dream to do this. I've had good luck with phenibut to activate this, but you need to take so much of it.

I believe it has something to do with serotonin/dopamine levels affecting REM sleep.

Alcohol has done something close, but not a full lucid dream. I'd have sex in the dream, but I can't control it.
