There is no other way to put it. You have to be some kind of indian untermensch with all the time in the world to win that title.
Imagine dedicating your time and effort just so you could win a title giving you no advantages, no status, no benefits except laughter from other users. This is one of the most disgustingly sad title you could ever own and i'm not joking. Imagine calling up the winner :
"CONGRATZ TO ... AKSHIT RANSHIT for successfully spamming every user with dms and making each of us laugh for our own entertainment, here is your clown award !!"

Not even moderators are this sad, even though they are doing it for free like cucks. Atleast they have some kind of power and respect. This title gives you nothing but being an actual unemployed genetic deadend subhuman.
i didnt even bothered with checking who won it, like most normal users here, but you can be sure it's someone who is posting from a wheelchair and who has nothing going on life. A pro at escaping reality.
I can even predict his npc comment if he sees this thread :
