Furosemide Dosage

I usually use 120mg of furosemide and I do it 2 or 3 times weekly I don't have any notable side effects other than feeling weak and a little dizzy (I fix it with electrolyte drinks). My question is if 3 times a week too much? I tried almost every debloating technique and only this one gives me noticeable results
