So im probably gonna get some 40mg tablets of furosemide, but i need some questions answered first-
- is it only a one occasion thing? like let's say i take it, and just keep a balanced diet and drink lots of water, would i keep the effect it gives? and if not, how?
- should I take it maybe like 4 days after debloating? so if im in a somewhat sodium and carb free diet and only really eat a sandwich and maybe some meat (some biscuits too idek) and obviously 3.5l of water a day, would that be more ideal?
