my theory of what will happen within the next 30-100 years.

Eventually society realizes that women are no longer needed for reproduction and that dating and marriage is a major waste of resources and time.
Women become extreme minorities and over time no women exist at all as we have technologically removed natures constraints and we now get to decide.
Eventually because there is no sexual selection men will start looking more like grey ETs because that’s what I think happened in their societies.
All grey aliens are male because they already went through what I just described and that is the only reason why they obtained the technology to space travel.
