It means you have shit bones. Leanmaxxing only works if you have good bones underneath all that fat. There have been examples posted on here where the before losing weight picture looks better than the after picture.

Exactly what I'm dealing with. I'm gaining some fat going through a bulk and I'm being told I look better now that I gained some weight. JFL at the normies who think being lean is always the answer. It's not, I'm a living example of it.

Because you're doing it by starving instead of just being in a deficit.. your body has no nutrition inside it

What your doing is decreasing the protein too which makes you look skinny fat keep it high when your cutting

Fat pads probably melting in the process , Leanmaxxing for normal people is okay but since everyone pereception on here is fucked to oblivion of course going past 12% is a looksmin , stay at a healthy 13-15%
