Nose is not part of FWHR and midface ratio but Im sure it can make it look like the midface is shorter. Thats why I said mathematically not

It is legit but as I said. The nose doesnt make the FWHR number larger or shorter. Neither does the midface ratio.

Should I do it the procedure my tip makes my nose look so long and I have a sqaure face so my midface is already long maybe it will help

The ratio won't change at all obviously but it will look visually shorter
