gabapentin frequency

curious about people’s experiences with tolerance/frequency (and what dose). im going to start twice daily 20mg propranolol but im wondering how frequently i could take a gabapentinoid

i don’t use pregab because i have really easy access to gabapentin.

Tolerance builds very quickly use it 2x week max

even at 2x wouldn’t tolerance still build to some degree or would it be negligible?

also if you have experience with it what would you say the perfect dose was for anxiolytic effects and how long did the effects last?

Yeah 1x a week is ideal.

I haven't taken gabapentin but its pharmacokinetics are very similar to pregablin which I have taken.

I'd look on r/drugs for info tbh
