i only took it because i found it in my parents medicine cabinet, but holy shit this stuff is so bad. i did it twice (400mg and 800mg, literally 1 or 2 pills) and it barely had an effect on my social anxiety, but made me feel retarded and clumsy af. one of the times was before a job interview and i felt slightly more nt but in a robotic way, like i could answer the questions better but i felt so disconnected from other people while i was on it. idk how people take this to socialise, just take phenibut or pregab if u want to do gaba drugs
