Gained over 22lbs of waterweight from mk 677 (wtf)

Now I weigh 143.5lbs

I havent gained any bodyfat or muscle whatsoever. Wtf is this shit?!?!

Mk for muscle building is pure cope. It helps you recover faster and lets you maintain muscle when not training, and thats it.

some of its muscle stay on for a few weeks atleast then cut down with IF and a calorie deficit of course, i never got so much water weight on mk tho thats nutty

I first jumped up 9lbs, and ever since ive been creeping up in weight slowly
