Way better than any meal replacements you can get from discounter stores like Lidl, there is way too much sugar in those products and Huel has little sugar in it.
If you have no time to eat it's nice to have one in the fridge.
It's fine to occasionally drink, but I'd rather invest the money in supplements and have higher doses of vitamins and drink protein shakes sometimes instead of using huel as a mass gainer.
Not worth the money if you want to use it for that.
