I am 17 and swim for 2 hours everyday Monday through Friday (just laps). I burn a shit ton of calories. Im 6'1 and only 140 pounds. Im trying to gain weight but also continue swimming. How do I manage this and find balance?
. I use a swimcap, shower before and after, and am very very consistent with skin care. However, I'm unaware of how it is bad for my bones. Can you tell me how?
