I am 17 and swim for 2 hours everyday Monday through Friday (just laps). I burn a shit ton of calories. Im 6'1 and only 140 pounds. Im trying to gain weight but also continue swimming. How do I manage this and find balance?

mmm, okay. Ive never really dieted, so could you please give me an idea of what this would look like?
Lean foods, no shitty fatty processed foods, of course you need to excersize though.

Nigga just build your frame with gym
I got a surgery for a torn labrum a few months ago and can't really go to the gym, swimming is much gentler on my shoulder.
Bro swimming is bad for your health skin hair and bones
Yes, I'm aware 😅. I use a swimcap, shower before and after, and am very very consistent with skin care. However, I'm unaware of how it is bad for my bones. Can you tell me how?

i used to swim 6 times a week for 2 hours, as a 6'5 back then maybe 6'2 it is really hard almost impossible to put on weight, but u dont need to if u perform well, if u add gym to ur routine u will be jacked and lean. swimming is goated cardio

I only really started swimming for a better frame. So I just want to add muscle to my back, shoulders, neck, and chest.
hate to break it to you, your frame wont widen from swimming

I think the clorine water is just bad but you could swim in a river or in the ocean

I agree, the chlorine is terrible however the ocean might be just as bad considering the salt. Im from Florida and see surfers who look 60 years old at 15. As for the rivers, I do love a good river swim but its winter and the water is hella cold.
