I need to gain wait desperately, people call me Russian sleep experiment and shit all the time because of it. I look anorexic for my height sadly. How to gain weight quick? What are the best foods for weight gain? I need tips :feelswhy::feelswhy:

Stop trying to just get big. Get strong. Focus on compound lifts and eat for recovery, not for bulk. 2500 cals, 150g protein. Make a weight gain shake with oats, peanut butter, whole milk, protein powder. Drink one daily.

tbh i used to rly skinny to i still am on the lighter side but anyways i was a faggot and grinded fortnite all day and ate like shit so i gained like 30 lbs then i body recomped and now i have a solid physique and not skinny not ideal obviously just what works

I kind of do the same, yet i dont gain weight. I eat like atleast 12 eggs a day and shit but don’t seem to gain the weight haha

eggs arnt good for bulking that prob why for me the most i can eat is like 6 a meal maybe 8 if i stuffed myself but 12 eggs is only 720 calories, you just want calorie dense foods, peanut butter is really good for me personally i just eat a shit ton of yogurt and mix it with granola, just find a food that is decently healthy that you love and just eat so much of it, still good on your part for wanting to bulk i have a friend whos 6'4 125 :lul::lul::lul:
