I find it so hard to gain weight I eat so much and yet the most I’ve weighed is 60kg (I’m 5’11 male) makes me look so twinky cos I have basically no fat just thin arms and skinny abs, I try lock in with the gym but see no progress how can I gain weight quick? Why is eating not working

I weight 55 kg atm so it’s not good I need to get to like 70kg

This is going to be a brutal response here but it’s necessary to hear it . You suck at eating. so. A) you need to put your metrics in a calorie calculator. Literally any calculator online will tell you what your baseline calorie consumption should be and also what you should be eating on a surplus. Choose the highest option of that
B) once you have a calorie goal, hit it every day. You cannot miss a day. You actually lose weight if you eat a ton if you eat a lot then eat way less in the following days. Consistency is key.
C) track your calories. I cannot stress this enough. If you are not writing down (I use my notes app) how many calories you are eating in a day you will not get to your calorie goal every day and you will have no idea if you’re being consistent or not.
D) prioritize healthy eating. Pretty obvious but if you really care about gaining weight you should probably care about not eating literal shit (fast food, gas station snacks, etc).
E) you need to work out every day while doing this. Clearly you are a skinny guy, and you said that you see no progress in the gym. So you need to find a split that you like and that is positive. I find compact full body lifts to guarantee the most results. hit legs and upper body both twice a week at the least, doing different workouts for the second day.

As a former fat nigga,
You should consider eating nuts because they have many calories for only 200g. I think 1.2k Calories or some shit. And if you ate much, you would have gained weight. Track your fuckass calories with a fuckass app idiot. If youre cooking put a bit more oil than usual, again it has many fucking calories. Eat rice instead of potatoes or drink normal coke if youre drinking the diet one. Smal changes in youre usual day could make many differences so yea. And also eat mayoneese or any sauce you like. BUT NEVER BUY THE DIET ONES. In conclusion:
  • Eat nuts (You dont have to eat it in one sit. 50g in the morning, 50g in the evening and so on... BUT BUY THE ONES WITH NO SALTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE BLOATED AS FUCK)
  • Put more oil then usual (Your meal shouldnt swim on it)
  • Eat low volume high calorie food (Consider fast food if you want to bulk fast like you said)
  • Track your calories
  • Eat enough Proteins cause we dont want you to bee fat as a whale in the end
  • Eat nutella etc..

It's ok, at whatever weight you're shredded, it's the weight you're shredded at.
