Before anyone says ,, just eat more ,, . I already do but i never have appetite for anything

im currently just trying to eat calorie dense food ( with proteins obvs ) but still its quite frustrating and annoying because i only gain like 0.25kg a week at max

Would love to hear some advices from people who struggeld with that too:Comfy:

Eat less protein. Protein is super Filling. So just eat more carb/Fat Heavy stuff. And 0.25kg is good (If your going to the gym)

struggling with the same shit, you could get a protein shake called like mass gainer and it has a lot of cals. Just drink it in the morning or night and you’ll probably start to notice weight gain. I did that shit a while ago and gained a little bit of weight but quit drinking it.
