Before anyone says ,, just eat more ,, . I already do but i never have appetite for anything
im currently just trying to eat calorie dense food ( with proteins obvs ) but still its quite frustrating and annoying because i only gain like 0.25kg a week at max
Would love to hear some advices from people who struggeld with that too
