Game im playing wont let me shoot kids

Im playing cyberpunk 2077 rn and it lets me fuck prostitutes, kill random people with knives, go on shooting sprees, etc. but it wont let me shoot kids? What the fuck???

This is supposed to be an open world game where i can do as i please, and yet i cant shoot certain people???

Its like adding a feature banning killing women but not men, or a feature banning killing asians but no one else. Its retarded and makes no sense.

Yeah it’s been that way for a LONG time and isn’t some some new issue because I think it’s illegal or a law that video games can’t have it so you can kill kids that’s why there isn’t any children in gta and stuff

It wasent the game company’s choice it was the legal system choice
