Gaslighting a hs teacher usually backfires. Also all the hood kids at my middle school would do the exact same shit. They would say the same thing and just get called out by the teacher.

Then u can talk to them about how ur struggling with keeping up with assignments and they can help u out. Worked for me senior year.
