So for the past 2 days I have eaten raw kibbeh, a type of raw meat Arab dish, and now I got severe acid reflux

What can I do to heal this fast?

Realize how stupid this whole raw/primal diet fad is.

Your body is not meant to consume raw food after all these years of evolution. Certainly not meat. Yes there are some exceptions ; the few remaining Eskimos can eat raw meat because their intestinal flora has adapted for this. The opposite is true and trying to introduce them to a modern diet will wreck their health. Just like alcohol. Sure you can enjoy some well seasoned raw steak here and there but you cannot risk it with every meat.

Don't be a stupid trend following sheep ; just because it's controversial does not mean it's good. Eat whole foods, eat clean and smart. You don't have to be a caveman to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle even in this modern society.

Just eat clean foods, veggies, get your vitamins in protein, you know the simple things, SLEEP is also very important
