Gastroparesis and Early satiety

I've been dealing with digestion problems for years now and I'm currently on medication. Eating three meals a day is basically impossible for me. I'm thinking about trying liquid calories, protein shakes, or mass gainers to gain weight, but I haven't tested any of these yet, and I'm not sure if they'll help. Right now, I'm only 63kg at 6'2", which is significantly underweight. My goal is to reach at least 70kg, but I'm not sure how to do it considering my health issues. If anyone has dealt with similar problems or has tips on gaining weight with digestion problems, I'd really appreciate your advice people.
