I haven't worked out/been to the gym in almost three years but I own a pair of adjustable dumbbells (up to 30 kg / 66 lbs each) that were lying around unused so I lent them to a friend so he can work out from home, since all gyms are closed due to the lockdown. I didn't use them anyway and am currently too weak to exercise because of my condition (iatrogenic botulism).
The problem is this might have been a dumb move because I might actually need them in the near future to fight the profound muscle wasting and weakness I'm experiencing due to my condition. He lives over 250 miles away and we don't see each other often, so getting my dumbbells back will not happen anytime soon. I'm such a retard.
