This study suggests that it doesnt help and could even impair things in terms of bone unions.

I was planning on running 200 test & 50 var in recovery for my BSSO until I found this out

Bpc and hgh should be good for that

Not disagreeing but have u actually researched that in relation to "bone union" specifically?
Na, but it only makes sense.

Think anderson silva was busted for hgh after breaking his leg from a brutal kick

I might try running like 250mg test with no AI and let my E2 run high as that could help with bone healing and i never got E2 sides like gyno

I suspect thyroid in moderate amounts would also speed up the process

I just GPT it and apparently hyperthyroidism (higher than replacement dose) causes the following:
  • Increases bone resorption.
  • Weakens bone microarchitecture.
  • Raises risk of delayed union or fragility fractures.

Wont it be the smartest to run both hgh + teriparatide + your basic bone supps andaybe even bpc

Just increases turnover with a tilt towards resorbtion.

Chatgpt is generally over cautious giving out theoretical advice

If the rest of your environment is overwhelmingly pro regeneration thyroid would largely just multiply that
