Currently 14 and ive been going to the gym for around 4-5 months i had some noticable changes but i dont feel satisfaction , what is some stuff i can take wich isnt going to ruin my healt that much (i dont mean that pussy stuff like creatine etc.) and not some stuff thats going to get me like big and fat rather more muscle leanand aesthetic
