general thoughts on taking roids or sarms at 18/19

ac-262. ts is a miracle. may be weak but definetely more than noticeable. ~5kg lean muscle mass with very low to zero side effects, also very low to zero suppression. if you experience the very mild suppression you will get back to normal levels without a pct

damn that honestly sounds perfect tbh cus my main concern wld be pct, and taking rad140/ostarine without it is a risk ill check it out

Yeah absolutely no need for pct. Its also cheap. Wont have the same results as rad though, but close or sometimes better than ostarine.

Just find some studies on it, there isnt alot since its a less researched one, its pretty new.

Started roids at 20 and blasted and cruised the last ten years. Don't understand why you would use sarms over steroids frankly. Why use something with little long term data over something with a ton of long term data. I also wouldn't use unless you're happy to blast and cruise forever. Seen endless people cycle and they never hold anything from it after.

Best method is blast like I did I got to 106kg at my heaviest and now I maintain at 96kg on trt while very lean meanwhile my twin bro is only 85kg.

Also its a slippery slope on the other hand people who blast and cruise can escalate to doing huge doses pretty quickly. Its psychologically addictive.

Not with ac-262 no. And im not looking for massive changes. 5kg is still alot, especially with zero side effects

You will Im telling you lol unless they were just newb gains in which case you might maintain because you didn't go above your natural limit. I've seen probs 50 different users over the years ive used (you get approached in the gym when u use them by other users/people asking about them)

Yeah you don't want to blast super heavy doses and you want to reach a point you can maintain on trt for health reasons. Ive maintained the extra muscle on trt for 4 years now and all my health markers are perfect. I really think people should be done blasting anything besides maybe testosterone by the time they are 30.

Ive maintained the extra muscle on trt for 4 years now and all my health markers are perfect. I really think people should be done blasting anything besides maybe testosterone by the time they are 30.
so like as an example blast 400/500mg test for a cycle then cruise on trt like around 100

Well I would do 400 or 500 initial blast but then you have to find the level you need for trt. Im lazy and I prefer to go on the high end so I just pin 90mg twice a week (so 180mg). All my blood markers are good at that level. I hold my muscle. Stay lean. Dont get any water retention/estrogen sides.

Have good lifestyle habits though. You're going to get some bloating on cycle. I mean just keep your general activity level high. Powerwalk a couple times a day (aiming for 10k steps) or do fasted cardio on a treadmill in the morning for 30 minutes. Just do this stuff to keep blood pressure in check and personally I find my gains are better when im getting good general activity levels.

A bit of junk food is fine if you are finding it hard getting enough calories in but try and eat mostly healthy and eat good soluble fibre levels because it binds to your dietary cholesterol in your gut.

im only 16 i have not trained enough to go past my genetic limit.

Yeah thats my point. You have barely trained. You put on a small amount by steroid standards (5kg) if you do maintain them its because the use took you to your natural limit faster even with your limited years of training. You (and anybody else) will not hold anything you put on above your natty limit long term from cycling.

safe as shit, literally zero side effects zero suppression, cheap as shit, easy to hide since growth isnt incredible but still noticeable.

if i took anything stronger my family would definetely know
