I have genetically high cholesterol and im currently taking atorvastatin. i have always found it hard to lose weight and maintain a lean body. im 14 5,6 150lbs and very little muscle(ive js started working out consistently) my diet isn’t horrible but its not the best. i’ve tried countless different diets before and nothing changed. Does anyone have any tips?

How long have you tried those "diets" for and did you do bloodwork accordingly? Sometimes it's just genetics. Muscle will help increase metabolism but no idea if you can build enough at your age honestly. Sleep helps tons, walking helps too. Obviously don't eat garbage

Im in the same boat. I just eat whole foods and my cholesterol is high perma. Rarely eat any garbage. But have no trouble on maintaining low bodyfat or losing weight. It is what it is
