What are good indicators of muscle genetics? Because I think mine are good I've been in the gym 2 months and I'm already in pretty good shape, I read online results are usually seen at the 3 month mark but I saw huge results at around a month. My biceps went from 11 inches to 14.5 inches in 2 months and my lats have gotten larger, however I haven't increased in strength that much which is confusing. I'm not asking for a rate or anything just the indicators of good genetics and what to look out for
