I have no idea what to tell my surgeon to do, I need a high iq blackpiller to analyze my X-ray and front face and tell me what movements would be best

you don't need genio imo, your maxilla seems little bit recessed maybe little bit more advancement for both jaws could be look good, but only genio don't fit you because your lower jaw already aligned with your nasal septum
