Genioplasty and lower lip sensation

Im planning on getting genioplasty but i'm kinda scared that i'll lose my lower lip sensation.
Has anyone go through this?

I had it back almost entirely 2 weeks after or so.
Now it’s 90% back but it was reduction genio
Kissing 4weeks after wise felt a lil weird tho

are you using any drug for nerves or any massages?
i had djs like 7 months ago and my lower lip came back long ago but its not the same as before. I feel it but its hyper sensitive. Kissing causes pain. GPT says nerves will filter the feeling signals after like 9-12 months so it will turn back to normal.
But i remember when i felt nothing when i touched my lip and that shit was no fun. I felt like i was missing something so crucial and sad.
Im scared that i will lose it for good now.

I used KLOW stack for around a month post op. But I would’ve recovered very well anyway.
I have no problem with nerves rn it’s too subtle. It’s a bit on the middle of the chin.

But it’s really problematic for you as it is rn ?
I’ve heard of peptides for nerves btw look it up
