I've been rated lhtn on another forum and been told my lower third is ass is genioplasty safe? I'm 15 and my chin to philtrum ratio is like 1:2 but I've been told my lower third is ass

You're 15 considering surgical intervention, have you ever even blasted? OR quite literally anything besides Lidaring, and your actual ratio doesn't matter unless you show us photos of front and side profile

I'm not showing myself on a forum filled w ttcels,rather do it in dms on a more "niche" forum. No I haven't blasted because I can't have my bloodwork done I'm planning to blast growth hormone with test during summer tho. what's wrong with me being 15 and considering surgery? it's normal

You haven't gone through development fully and should be more focused on doing what you can with the use of pharmas. If your goal is more bonemass Look into osteoporsis meds and pair your test with a 19 nor derivative.( TREN or DECA)

abalo or teri are good for delaying chondrocyte hypertrophy and nothing else
romo and androgens are doing practically nothing for cortical thickening unless you take it at stupid doses for way too long

do note that abalo and teri can slow down chondrocyte hypertrophy, thus letting you ramp up proliferation fairly easily, so when you get off the abalo/teri you now have a larger pool of chondrocytes to hypertrophy

I'm not planning to pin any of that,js a bit of test and growth hormone so it doesn't really matter
