This photo tells me nothing about ur bone structure / head tilt / occlusion , second of all how did you come to the conclusion that you need lefort???????? Don't listen to everyone without any real reasoning behind their words....

Consult with a real GOOD maxiliofacial and get scans even tho from this picture which is garbage u dont seem recessed...

The post was simply about the chin. Yes, i’m not thinking of it because of people here, I already spoke with a surgeon and he said my maxilla is recessed and that would be needed to fix it

Yes, he has decades of experience and from what i’ve seen a lot of certificates and awards. He also did surgery on one of my family members and the results were very good so yeah i trust him
