genios are of many types. u an widen and slide. google is free u dont need to post every question here ffs

You can widen your chin with a genio, but you may need a bone graft.

Are you sagitally recessed?

If you are sagitally recessed your jaw looks narrow when it's not, so a bimax can make your jaw wider.

If you are not sagitally recessed and you want a wider jaw, then it's implants. I've never heard of anyone having their jaw widened via grafts.

I think there's a surgery that spilts your low jaw from middle like MSE which i think can widen the chin
