Genuine daily debloating method?

Has anyone got a method so as to do this save for furosemide, cardio, icing, etc(all of the aforementioned being either copes or having shit sides insofar as general development)?
 
the sides like manifest themselves during not after

this goes for like all amounts no?
Well obviously the lower the dose the less sides that’s just commen sense

Find the sweet spot and report back

Probably. Just don’t over do it why is that so hard to understand
I’m aware of the concept of balance it applies to literally everything jfl; I’m particularly worried because of my being on the shorter side(175 cm); I don’t want furosemide to fuxk me up in the area of height specifically jfl

If you take it once in a while like when you’re having a night out, it won’t affect your height. If you take it continuously or very frequently, then it might have more of a profound effect on your body and hormones.

Coffee (black coffee), reducing sodium intake, and eating potassium rich foods/drinks (like bananas and coconut water) are better for long term use. Then when you need that extra boost to debloat, Furosemide.

Oh nah lol nah I just wanted it to use every day before school lol
 
I’m already really lean and coffee makes me hyperactive tbh I don’t want to get addicted to it

if you’re worried about looking bloated then chances are you’re not lean enough
