He was 5’10 at 16 so yeah average height and he has had Brnch genetics like long arms but is number one JR powerlifter for weight world wideHe was quite heavy for his height. I think he’s quite short.

Thanks bro. 100kg is a goof bench no matter how long u been in the gym thocrazy good I barely bench 100 after 2+ years. I don't train bench tbh

Yeah I already do dips can do 40 BW dips never tried with weight as I don’t have a belt. But my bench in 3 months went from 95- nearly threee plates havent Plateuad yet fortunatelyAlso remember that some people start very strongly but plateau quickly and others start with okay numbers but progress constantly for years. Look out for that.
If your bench starts to plateau, do dips.

Yeah DL isn’t so bad. It’s Better than most powerlifter but squat I’d guess one rep is 170-180kg so good but not Powerlifting standardFocus on them equally too if you want to be a power lifter

I go to a private gym for boxing (but it’s a real gym not just boxing gym) run by IPF so it’s defo real weights. I also know a guy around 6’7 who is HUGE and can only Bench 120kg at like 35 so it’s defo possibleNah Bro, big gyms have fake plates
